As an eSignature administrator, you can use the Agreement Actions feature to automate common tasks when an envelope is completed. Including archiving documents in a cloud storage solution, exporting envelope data to a spreadsheet, triggering a CLM workflow, or creating another envelope. To begin, click Settings. You can also export the envelope data to a spreadsheet. A new row with the envelope data will be added on the sheet for each envelope that triggers the rule. If you are using CLM, you can also start a CLM workflow to trigger downstream approvals, processes, and tasks. Finally, you can create another envelope. Choose the template that will be used for the new envelope and map the roles between the two templates. You can also choose if you want to save the new envelope as a draft for future use or send it automatically. Click Save and your agreement rule will now execute anytime an envelope meeting the conditions is completed.
