We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hey there guys my name is marcus and in this video i'm going to show you the top five accounting softwares for small businesses the first thing i'm going to show you are the main features like how it actually feels to use every single accounting software and while i'll be doing that i'm going to talk about advantages and disadvantages i personally see so without further ado let's start the first one i prepared for you is wave the huge advantage of wave is that it's completely for free wave like as a company they make money on payment processing if your customer wants to pay for invoices and then they make money on payroll services so in this way i edit the top five because it's like top notch and i like it now when you would come here to wave you can see the dashboard it's like really basic with the cash flow profit and loss and when you scroll down you see payable and owing and net income then you come here to sales you see invoices you see recurring invoices you see payments you see customers products and services uh making the and creating invoice is really simple you got also the status here and it's pretty but i can create invoice i can simply add a customer i just want to show you how it actually feels to create invoice then i just add here the item and it's into it if you see the invoice number here and i can simply click save and continue right here you have draft and you can approve the draft you can send it or you can directly go to more options and you can export it as a pdf and just send it to someone then this is how invoices you can also create recording invoices and you can add customers there is one disadvantage in wave that it doesn't have projects and time tracking so in that way there's like and to do that you need to go with a clockify you need to go with the toggle or some kind of project app that you can like connect with if so use the time tracking app with a wave and you're good to go and you're not going to pay any money at all then you're going to see purchases here's you see bills that you can add receipts and vendors and again this is like really basic simple stuff in accounting you can do the transaction reconciliation and you can see chart of accounts and add accounts so that's huge but another disadvantage i personally see is the lacking of um lacking of reports you can see it right here but still for the basics wave app is competitive for free it's going to fill every desire you need without invoicing with the bills with items and i would definitely use it if you don't want to pay money now the next one is a fresh box fresh books is really good better than wave but you have to actually pay money for it you can pay monthly or yearly you can save money if you're going to choose yearly and you have free like free trial and live version costs you fifteen dollars it's an unlimited investors up to five clients but to go further you need to go to 50 clients but you're going to pay 25 bucks a month now but you're going to have projects here you can do the simple time tracking here that i can add a new entry right really simple really easy you don't have it in wave same thing you just click clients here and you just add a client but still this is what i think is like way for me in my eyes it's more intuitive comparing it to fresh books yes i can simply click new invoice here and just create invoice but wave feels more intuitive but again that's me you just add item here but it's also simple like one time you do it and just you just know how to use it right you can make it recurring you can set reminders you can charge late fees and you can simply yep then you're gonna see payments here again expenses bills and vendors okay but again like what it doesn't have when i'm going to click on accounting is like to find reconciliation and stuff like that it's like damn but you have chart of accounts here too so freshbooks is winning comparing to wave but again you have to actually pay money 15 bucks a month uh and you're gonna have projects you're gonna have time tracking so that's like really great if you need it to the next one i prepared for you is zoho books and zoho books is really great if you can connect it with a whole ecosystem of zoho with crm with email marketing with zoho world in that way i would definitely go with the whole books and again it's really simple too you have items here that you can add then you get like banking accounts you click here on sales you can see the customers you can create estimates you can add invoices you can also credit notes so that you can add then you're gonna see purchases here as vendors as expenses as a bills payments meant recurring bills vendor credits and when you go to sales and let's say that i want to add an invoice it's the like okay it's easy to to make it but again comparing to the freshbooks and wave is the most like not prettiest one and you see it here how like it's so i don't know how to how to say it clumsy is the right word that it will take you much longer time to actually adapt to zoho books comparing to freshbooks and wave so yeah that's how i define the whole books but again if you want to use the whole ecosystem of zoho i would go definitely with zoho books i see expenses bills payments and recurring bills and then you got the time tracking here so that's really good and you can simply start the time tracking and the time tracking is starting out so again zoho is okay and it's good oh and i definitely would use it if i want to if i want to use it for all ecosystem and that's pretty much it i don't have anything to say about it it's just like good accounting software but there's nothing like wow this you must use it and then you got like reports here and it's also much better comparing to first books and wave i just need to live in that and i would definitely recommend like if your wants to go for reporting it's good but the design of how we can form invoices builds and everything is more clumsier compared to freshbooks and wave the next one is x0 i get logged out zero is also really good and these are like top two in my eyes but zero got disadvantages comparing to quickbooks which is like the top notch on the market right now in my opinion zero he got a higher learning curve when you would come here to business you can go to invoices and use it here you can add a new invoice new credit note when you click on a new invoice it's simple it's good and servo is like full around with the payrolls with gusto and also with accounting with reconciliations with reports you can also add a project but you don't have the time tracking that you can actually time track straight away like you have in zoho books so you just need to keep in mind that on accounting you can go here to reports and you can see it here you got all the reports and you can add like custom here then also in projects in context i really like that you can set up and see every single contact together like all your customers oreo suppliers anything everything together it's really great another thing is that you can have templates for invoices so that's good too and yep that's pretty much it click here on bills to pay you can add a new bill you can add a credit note and again this is the another thing that i like that you have like straight away the filters here that you can click around so that's good but the learning curve is higher comparing to freshbooks and wave and even zoho they need to actually figure it out how to use it but the next one and the best one in my opinion is quickbooks and let me explain you why so when you come here to dashboard this is the first thing that i really like is that when you would come here to business overview straight away you see everything that you need in xero when you go to dashboard let me just show you this you need to scroll down below to see everything and when you see okay this is much more prettier and you just see and understand it much quicker comparing to xero on zoho okay it's okayish is like the second thing freshbooks when we're going to compare it you need to scroll down below to see everything is like really big and way if when we go here to dashboard it's just like all of these that i showed you can't compare it to quickbooks dashboard and how you can how intuitive and how pretty it is just no talking about this then you can also add a privacy that if you're in a cafeteria or somewhere you can just enable the privacy then banking expenses uh in my opinion the quickboost is much easier comparing to stuxxero and i'm not paid to to quickbooks to say these things so this is the first thing that i really like is that quickbooks is easier to use comparing to xero it's like everything combined sales tax is better if you need it also most of the accountants in the us are using xero i mean are using quickbooks so uh if you need some outside perspective to look into your account most of people are using quickbooks and they if they wouldn't be that good i wouldn't recommend it of course when i say go to banking you get rules receipts like look at this this is a checking account of uh banking in quickbooks comparing to zero look at this it's just like more prettier right i'm going to open the account i can see the account here it's just easier to understand that's what i think like i'm using both and testing both then you're going to see the sales here and you can have invoices here again i can create invoice let's compare it and okay you just added the customer you just add here the billing address and you just add here the product and so yeah buildable items i can add it and then i get a subtotal and everything and you're good to go okay it's not that pretty as wave and a fresh books i just made it in with that but again it's complex and it's better than zoho books in my opinion you could just have to you don't have to scroll down below so then you can see the projects here you can start the project was the project customer can be amy safe and i want to show you the comparison between xero and quickbooks on the project so you see the project like here you see project like here i'm going to click on a project and you see this you see the time quotes invoices here you see the income minus cost it's just like easier to understand the ui and the ux is just better and you can add to project invoice expenses and this is same with x0 when the top right you can add task diamond tree expense now to go further you get a payroll here and you got the time and you see the reports and you see the reports are the most complex comparing to all so if you want to have multiple reports i would go definitely without quickbooks and then you're going to say text is here milage and me last you don't have even x0 you don't have in zoho you don't have any facebooks and wave you just don't have it there so that's another thing and another huge advantage and that's pretty much it so to summarize this whole video if you want to go free go with the wave if you want to do the time tracking and you want a project freshbooks is not bad choice it's limited it's not that complex comparing to zoho books 0 and quickbooks but it's ok the next one is a zoho zoho i would definitely recommend doing zoho if you want to work with the whole zoho books ecosystem because of that i would just go from definitely go in x0 is the next one 0 is also complex with the bank reconciliation it's right next to the quickbooks but just be worried that the customer support of xero and quickbooks is not that great i don't know about errors but i know about these two they're not that amazing so this is a huge disadvantage also for big books and also for xero so this is the first thing and uh the ease of use is worse comparing to quickbooks and quickbooks with the dashboard with the milage with the how companies and how big of the market they have and also how many accountants are using that in the u.s i would definitely go with the quickbooks and yeah but again there are another disadvantage that you're gonna have to pay money so when i would go to quickbooks pricing and let me show you to zero pricing so you see you can pay monthly 25 for three months but let's say it's 25 bucks a month and in 0 you need to go to the us pricing plans and that's 30 32 for the growing 30 dollars a month 25 so even quickbooks is cheaper on essentials and yep and you don't have even multiple currencies in you have been established in x0 so quickbooks is losing on a simple start that's 16 bucks in x0 it's 11 bucks but other than that on the growing and standard version i would definitely go with the quickbooks so thank you very much everybody for just focus on the business and don't be huge in numbers yes have the annualization how much money you're gonna make what are your expenses etc okay but just focus on making money that's just my
